Garlic Butter GARLIC BUTTER
I got the original recipe from Guy Fieri via Food Network, but made a few changes/additions of my own.
2 whole heads garlic
olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
¾ pound butter, at room temperature
½ cup mayonnaise
pinch of paprika
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
⅓ cup fresh, grated Parmesan cheese
⅓ cup fresh, grated Asiago cheese
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Slice the tops (the pointy ends) off the garlic heads so that you expose all the cloves. Place heads in a piece of foil, drizzle olive oil over them, and season with salt and pepper. Seal foil around them and place in oven to bake for about 1 hour, or until soft. Remove and let cool.

Squeeze roasted garlic out into medium mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and thoroughly mix together. Refrigerate any leftover garlic butter.
